The Web2.0 and Participatory e-Learning

 Course Description: 課程簡介

•  時代不同了！科技的發達與網路的普及造就了所謂的web2.0。以前我們只能被動的做一個網路資源的消費者，但隨著blog, wiki, podcasts, YouTube等的熱門化，我們也能成為網路資源的創造者。在web2.0的大環境下，對老師教學，學生學習有什麼影響？這學期我們將以實地操作一些熱門的web2.0工具，並探討它們在教育上的功用。

 Course Requirement: 課程要求

• 這是一門遠距課程，將利用同步與非同步的方法來做互動。為達到效率，大部份的學習內容將以非同步的方式呈現，課堂時間以討論、報告為主。
• 本課將使用大量英文教材、網頁等，請有心理準備。
• 同學必須有良好的時間管理與自動學習的精神，尤其是非同步部份，如果一旦落後，很難趕上。
• 請同學秉持良好學習精神，主動提出問題、引進新的網路資源、引發不同的討論。
• 請同學務必和老師保持良好的溝通，隨時給予反饋。
• 同步課程缺席〈包括遲到、早退、開會、生病等〉超過十小時以上，請自行退選。
• 遲交或缺交作業不一定會得到什麼成績，完全取決於我的個人喜好、心情、偏見。如果這聽起來不合理，請準時交作業。

Constructivism and Cooperative Learning 建構式教學與合作學習

This course uses a constructivist approach to learning giving students a great deal of flexibility in the direction, scope, and purpose of course projects. A variety of class activities are planned. Some of these activities are based on cooperative learning techniques and team dynamics, so students should come prepared to interact. The general format of this course will be a mixture of demonstration, discussion, and student presentations.
